Pakistan

Introduction

Pakistan is a sovereign state in South Asia. It was declared independent from British India on 14 August 1947 and has since been ruled by the following:

Provinces of Pakistan:

The provinces of Pakistan are Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Punjab

Punjab is the most populous and auspicious province in Pakistan. It is also the second largest province by area, covering an area of 138,099 km2 (54,586 sq mi).

Punjab has been a major centre for arts and culture since ancient times; it has been home to many great poets such as Mirza Ghalib, who wrote about life in India during British rule. In fact he spent most of his life in Amritsar where he died at age 30 or 31 years old! You can visit his tomb there today if you want too!

Islamabad Capital Territory

Islamabad Capital Territory is the capital territory of Pakistan. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and it was founded on September 11, 1947 by Mirza Khurram Ali Khan when he became its first governor.

Islamabad is located in north-east of Pakistan, near Rawalpindi district, which borders with India at some point (the border between these two countries). The city lies on Pothohar Plateau and has an average elevation above sea level ranging from 193 meters above sea level to 749 meters above sea level according to data collected from different sources including Google Maps as well as weather forecast websites like Weather Underground or Weatherzone Australia because there are no reliable sources for accurate weather reports regarding this region except for those provided by government agencies like National Meteorological Center (NMRC) which does not provide daily updates about meteorological conditions but only provides weekly summaries about weather patterns over a period ranging from 5 years back until now i mean if you want accurate information about what's happening outside then you should go visiting their website instead since they provide very good details about everything related.

Balochistan

Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan by area, constituting 44% of the total area of the country. It is also the largest province in terms of population and economy. The capital city Quetta has been divided into two districts: Quetta East and Quetta West.

Balochistan is located at 35°00'N to 42°30'N latitude and 67°20'E to 75°10'E longitude with an average elevation above sea level ranging from 616 metres (2,000 feet) along its eastern border with Iran's Sistan-Baluchistan Province to 879 metres (2,900 feet) along its western border with Afghanistan's Kandahar Province.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly North-West Frontier Province)

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly North-West Frontier Province) is the third largest province of Pakistan by population and second largest by area, forming the northwestern region of the country. It has an area of 35,230 km2 (13,500 sq mi) with a population in 2018 estimated at 25 million people. The capital city is Peshawar and major cities are Abbottabad, Chitral, Kohat, Lakki Marwat and Mardan.

Federal Administered Tribal Areas (FATA)

The Federal Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) is a region in Pakistan. It borders Afghanistan and it is also known as Tribal Areas. There are several agencies that make up FATA:

  • North Waziristan Agency

  • South Waziristan Agency

  • Kurram Agency

  • Orakzai Agency

The population of FATA is around 2 million people and it has seven agencies:

Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan

Gilgit-Baltistan is a territory administered by Pakistan. It is known as the gateway to the Karakoram and Himalayan mountain ranges, which are some of the highest mountains in Asia. The area has been known for its tourism since it was first explored by Westerners in 1865, but it wasn't until 1997 that Gilgit-Baltistan became an official part of Pakistan.

Sindh

Sindh is a province of Pakistan. It is one of the four provinces of South Asia and it lies between 28°30' and 31°45' north latitude and 68°5' to 71°25' east longitude. The total area of this province is about 1,240,000 km2 or 34% of its total landmass which makes it the largest province in terms of land area among all the provinces in Pakistan (except Punjab).

Sindh has been known as a hub for agriculture since ancient times as well as manufacturing industries such as textiles, leather goods etc., which were developed during British rule.

Conclusion

Pakistan is a beautiful country that has been home to many different cultures and ethnicities. The history of Pakistan goes back thousands of years, from pre-Islamic times when the Indus Valley Civilization flourished to modern times when people like Muhammad Ali Jinnah led their nation into independence. The culture is unique and varied; there are many different regions with their own customs and traditions, but at its heart remains a shared identity as Muslims who believe in one God.
