Introduction
Social media marketing can be the best source of income for your business and the most rewarding one at that. There are many different types of socials platforms available on just about every platform.
Different Social Media Plateforms:
Social networking is one of them, with online communities like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok. What you probably do not know about these social sites or their significance in online business marketing, is how much they help you make money.
Start a Blog:
You can start a blog (or a new website) on any of them and sell it on a subscription basis. The key idea behind this model is that the amount of people who visit your website will give you an indication that the content you're creating is valuable and you'll want to keep bringing more of that back to them. If you have a blog that attracts 1000 visitors per day during the week, but only 8 to 10 visitors come from within the USA, then there is a good chance it isn't worth it for your company. On the other hand if you've made some great strides on your site and made 5k in sales the previous year, it might be worth keeping going. Also, as mentioned above, you'll have a better chance of getting noticed and get the right audience to take notice of what you have to say. To increase the chances of this happening, use lots of relevant hashtags that have been used by others on your page to boost the chances that you'll be found and see your post reach more people and start generating even more traffic to your page. However, make sure you don't go overboard when it comes to posting, so you don't risk losing followers.
A little bit of hype goes a long way. Try to be a bit fun and informative, as much as possible.
This way, when people find out about your account, they're less likely to ignore or forget about you. This is also a great opportunity to show if you're looking for work. If this kind of thing has already happened to you on another platform, make sure you update it on that too so that anyone else could learn from the mistakes you've made and avoid similar ones.
Paid Advertising Plan:
Using a paid advertising plan to promote your new blog and site is a very tempting option but a mistake. Using this strategy means that you're constantly advertising for free, whether on Youtube Ads, Facebook ads etc., which causes your traffic to decrease in numbers drastically. Use more real world and niche specific keywords that match the type of blog you are trying to create on. And when you post, always provide a link to a high quality image for example, if you post pictures with text or something you know would improve search results. Make sure you don't focus on getting likes or comments from strangers, but rather get the actual opinions of those who read it from your friends and family members or the people who follow your posts. They'll never think twice about sharing it and promoting it. In addition, try and promote your brand on places like Tumblr, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Quora Groups, Pinterest, Reddit groups, social networks like Tumblr groups and subreddits and forums in general rather than just your main page or blog but social media accounts you use daily. So make sure you create profiles where everyone knows you exist and share links on all of the posts you made and promote them. Don’t spam or click on ads from advertisers.
Do remember to check the privacy settings for each social network and keep your personal information safe. If you have been hacked, don't post a link to any form of stolen data unless you are convinced that you were targeted by malicious hackers.
Social media marketing is great because it gives you access to an unlimited number of potential customers who are looking for products in your industry. For example, let's say you run an insurance agency on the market or just have many articles about health related things and you write an article daily showing facts and stuff, with a few thousand subscribers. An SEO campaign will cost $100 thousand and that money could easily pay for another job in your field. If you already have a strong brand name and great reputation, you can easily find good customers to advertise on your channel. There are plenty of options if you only spend a small amount on promotion and advertising, but you need to be careful about choosing the right one. Even though it's difficult to make a living without taking commissions from the advertisers, you should be realistic and research the campaigns before deciding on one. Also take into consideration the fact that your competition will also spend a lot of money on the same campaign. This is why it's so important to choose wisely and not waste too much time when it comes to doing social media marketing. Otherwise you won't be able to grow and stand out from the crowd.
Social Media Presense:
Having a solid social media presence is essential in order to succeed in online marketing. Many companies rely on socials to spread awareness of their products and tell stories about them. Think about it, you only need 1-2 social messages on Instagram, like @kirai_gum and #kiragiugymag. These messages just help people to see your photos and tell others what you're actually doing. As well as that, some of these posts can generate leads, so it's highly important to have a decent following.
Promotion of Brands:
Another advantage of using socials to promote your brand is the amazing tools that allow you to track your progress when it comes to social media marketing. This makes it easy to view the impact of your posts, and see where you've gone wrong. Here are some of the tools I personally use to keep up with my stats.
